Game Description
Divide the scout hut into quarters with the chalk, and split the group into four even teams.
Hand out the pre-prepared snowballs evenly around the teams.
On the leaders whistle the teams scatter the snowballs they have and then try to keep their own area clear of 'snow' by throwing any snowballs into another teams area.
The winning team is the one with the least amount of snow in their area when the leader blows the whistle.
(the snow balls do take a long time to make, by screwing sheets of newspaper into a ball and wrapping them with adhesive tape, but they do last an aufully long time, so are worth the effort!)
Due to the throwing nature of this game the snowballs should only be replaced with similar soft objects, e.g. Sponge Balls.
