Game Description

This is a Basic Navigation skills game that can be run as a base or in Patrols.

Each Scout / Patrol is given a compass, string and pegs (paper and pen if indoors) and a question card.

The card comprises a set of bearings and distances.

Each point is marked with a peg (in the ground). The direction to the next point is followed, another peg inserted. Join the pegs with string.

If the instructions are followed correctly the string will outline a letter, number or shape - a bit like join the dots.
