What do you do with Venturers that are too old to be "Challenged"? We have started a Rover Crew now, to officially recognize the fact that they are adult members of Scouting. They all assist with the other sections in the group, and are all keen on remaining in the Scouting movement. Two of them have been with us since Beavers, and the other two started with the Scout Troop. We at the 58th Toronto are very proud of their continued involved in Scouting.
