Jim Speirs Leader Magazine Articles

The articles that appeared on the former Jim Speirs Website and were (past tense) included on ScoutsCan.com, have been removed at the request of Rob Stewart, Program Division, Scouts Canada. All of these articles were reproduced with permission (to Jim Speirs) of the Leader magazine and the author. This permission has now been revoked, or had never in fact, been given at all. It is a loss, but ScoutsCan.com will abide by Scouts Canada's wishes. (Jan.17, 2002)
